Spice-Roasted Chickpeas

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the chickpeas on the baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil. Season with turmeric, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper (all to taste). Mix well using your hands and spread in an even layer.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chickpeas are golden brown. Enjoy!
