Parmesan Roasted Cabbage and Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
napa cabbage, roughly chopped
new potatoes, thinly sliced
olive oil
salt
pepper
red chili flakes
garlic powder
freshly grated parmesan cheese (the more the better)
METHOD
Preheat air-fryer to 450 degrees F or oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss cabbage, potatoes, oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, and parmesan in a large bowl.
Spread in an even layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Air-fry or roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
