Tomato, Avocado, and Mozzarella Salad
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of more baby tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, diced
1 large ball fresh mozzarella, diced
1/2 cup basil, julienned
salt
pepper
chili flakes (optional)
1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
serve with toasted bread!
METHOD
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, mozzarella, basil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
